Chiropractic story
My Chiropractic story began in the fall of 2015, when I was involved in an motor vehicle accident that left me recovering from a multitude of injuries including a severe concussion, whiplash, migraines and memory loss. After the accident, I arrived at the hospital where I was checked, given medication and released. After several visits to the hospital the symptoms persisted and I accepted it as being “normal”. I started having a difficult time focusing at school and work. After a year of dealing with migraines and neck pain, I also started having low back pain which I later found out was due to a disc bulge. I was referred to a local Chiropractic office where I was given a thorough examination and began treatment. After several weeks of care and home-care instructions, my back pain along with my other symptoms began to decrease in frequency until they were gone. Just as much as Chiropractic helped me, I knew that I wanted to be able to help others in the same way.
When Richard is not in practice, he spends his time with his family and friends. He loves reading self growth books and enjoys cooking. He also has built his own fully sustained garden where he grows a variety of fruits and vegetables. Richard believes in taking care and giving back to his community. He volunteers throughout the Bay Area with KEEN and Relay for Life.
